I received my first Notary commission in Georgia and maintained that commission for 15 years until I relocated to Texas. I held my Texas Notary commission for 8 years until I made my final relocation to Arizona where I now hold my Notary commission.

I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and helping them. I am passionate about providing excellent service and fraud prevention. I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.

What I can do, is provide excellent flawless customer service and notary acts. My passion is helping people.

When it comes to being a loan signing agent, my personal experience with real estate transactions gives me insight into the buyer’s point of view as well as what the title company/escrow agents needs for each transaction. I have owned real estate since I was 21 years old and 10 properties later, I understand conventional, FHA, VA, construction, refinance and HELOC loans.
