As a Notary, we confirm your identity and acknowledge that you are who you say you are because we have verified your identification. The certificate confirms that the signing party (you) whom the notary (me) has identified you as the individual described in the document, that appeared before the officer (me) and attested (confirmed) that the signature was their own. Arizona notaries are not obligated to be present when the signature is provided (the document may be pre-signed, or it may be signed in front of the notary), however, the individual must perform the acknowledgment in the presence of the notary for the notarization to take place

Arizona mobile notaries are allowed to charge up to 62.5¢ for travel. For general notary services, where the notary fee is $10 per signature, we don’t charge for the first 10 miles from our office location

For Loan Signing Agent Services, we don’t charge a travel fee for the first 75 miles.
